Usually, when you think about constructing a building, you're thinking about the structure itself: The foundation, the framing, the flooring, the roofing; the stress points, the electrical, the plumbing, the HVAC, etc. At CRC, we think about all those things, too. In fact, we pay a great deal of attention to them. But for us, it always starts with "the people." Who are we building for? What are their needs? How will they live or work or visit or pass through the building? And what can we do to enhance their experience, not just at completion, but from the very beginning of the construction and renovation process? That's what differentiates us. That's what sets us apart.
